I am compassionate practitioner, with patient-centered care at the heart of each treatment. I combine education, hands-on treatment and a multi-disciplinary approach, to meet my patients’ specific needs. My goal is to empower my patients in their health and wellbeing. As an Osteopath, my emphasis is to treat you as a whole, your body is capable of healing itself, and my role is to guide it to do so.
I am passionate about Cranial Osteopathy and the use of biodynamic techniques. This type of treatment is a holistic, gentle and effective approach. In my initial years of practice, I had the opportunity to work in Canberra under Maxwell Fraval, the leading cranial Osteopath in Australia, where I gained deep knowledge and experience.
A priority of mine is creating a welcoming, healing and safe environment. I am mindful of people’s unique experiences and practice trauma-informed care. I enjoy working with all people from varying different ages, gender, race, religion, culture and sexuality. Accompanying patients upon a journey towards greater health is always an honour.
I am a lover of the great outdoors! When not in the clinic you can find me rock climbing, bushwalking and hiking. I especially enjoy yoga, meditation, pottery, ukulele strumming and cups of tea in the company of friends and family.
